Include in our price is the 2 initial CDT shots,1st month exam and wethering of male goats (if so desired). The first CDT shot comes 30 days after birth. The second CDT shot comes 60 days after birth. Thereafter, yearly CDT shots is recommended to ensure proper health.
In addition, we provide full instructions on bottle feeding, selection of proper milk choices, feeding schedules and general care of baby goats.

Our original stock came from a source that has provided goats to National Zoos and, Ft. Worth Stock show. See additional information at ( http://www.goatsvilleusa.homestead.com). We practice a "closed" herd. What that means to you is all the stock are closed to outside diseases. Every animal has had their CDT shots, worming and hoof trimmings.
Our herd has been registered with the USDA with a flock identification number as required by The United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA-APHIS). In May of 2019 a rule went into effect for the monitoring of Scrapie which is a fatal, degenerative disease affecting the central nervous system of sheep and goats. All of our goats are tagged with the exception of goats under 18 months of age as allowed by regulation. However, if you choose to purchase a goat under 18 months of age and want it to be tagged with our flock number, we will be glad to tag it.
